    shopped here yesterday and the shop assistant was quite possibly the rudest and most unfriendly woman I have ever encountered. She looked as though it was a major hassle for me and my kids to be in her shop, did not crack even a hint of a smile and made minimal eye contact, being distracted by something on the computer. I think she is the manager as well, which makes her attitude even more inexcusable.

    My children were trying to engage her by showing her their dolls and she ignored them completely.
